Does Switch provide residential services?
Currently Switch is not providing services to individual residences. Our main focus is on businesses, hotels, lodges and remote /temporary locations.
My business needs toll free numbers, can Switch provide that with their phone service?
Yes, Switch can provide you with toll free numbers.
Does Switch offer Bundles for businesses that require internet and phone?

Can I order PPV events with my Switch TV service?
No, with Switch Fusion and Fusion XL PPV is not available. Switch Digital TV will be launching this service in the future.
Is there a minimum number of items or services I need to order for an install in a remote location?
There is no minimum. However we do have minimum terms that are different for each service. Please speak to a Switch Representative for more information.
Why is my internet not working?

Why is my Digital TV not working?
There are a few reasons why your Digital TV may not be working. Please check against the following list to verify the issue:
Why will a specific channel not work?
If you receive the message that authorization is required or not available, the channel may not available in your current TV package.
Where is the AN number on my set top box?
This number is located on the back of your black set top box in the top left hand corner. You will see the lettering AN, followed by the number.

Why are the channels fuzzy or have static?
Please check your connection on your TV to ensure it is not loose, as this is the primary reason for static or poor TV reception. If the problem persists contact Switch Support.
Why is the phone choppy and hard to hear?
The phone audio can be choppy for a few reasons. Mainly it is due to heavy traffic on the network. You can try hanging up and re-dialing a second time to improve your connection. If you continue to have problems please contact Switch support to inform us of the problem.
Why is the first part of my conversation not heard?
The first part of a VoIP telephone conversation cannot be heard properly could be because there is a delay, which can be caused due to distance from voIP server and heavy traffic. When completing a call please allow for a few seconds in delay before beginning the conversation, this will help allow for optimal transmission.
